Thank you for shopping at The Rustee Relic! We're a small shop specializing in vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind treasures, and we take great care in getting your items to you safely.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we take extra care in packaging to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your item. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item's dimensions.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
• Expedited options may be available at checkout for select items

Large & Fragile Items Some larger furniture or fragile antique pieces may require freight shipping. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly with shipping options and costs before processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged Items We do our best to accurately describe and photograph any existing wear or damage on vintage items. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
