All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All items sold by The Rustee Relic are vintage, antique, or pre-owned and are sold as-is. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse or change of mind.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item, including noting any wear, damage, or imperfections in the product listing. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.
